Member Services Representative – Scottsdale

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our Member Services team. Our Set Jet Member Services Representatives conduct all aspects of member service inquiries and are dedicated to delivering an unmatched concierge service to our members. An ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable handling consistent internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting member enrollment and booking processes
  • Managing member communications via email, text, and phone
  • Cross-departmental communication of member updates and needs
  • More tasks upon assignment


Requirements:

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma required
  • Executive level service skills within hospitality or dining service industries
  • Professional customer service and phone communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and circumstances quickly and efficiently with grace and tact

Cabin Host – Las Vegas and Scottsdale

We are seeking professional and courteous individuals to join our Cabin Host team. Our Cabin Hosts attend to our members onboard each flight, as well as coordinating all aspects of boarding and deplaning at each destination. An ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is comfortable with consistent travel, and can communicate efficiently both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in members prior to boarding
  • Prepare and service snacks and beverages onboard the aircraft
  • Ensure aircraft is prepared to Set Jet specifications prior to each flight
  • Ensure aircraft cabin is clean and maintained to Set Jet specifications prior to each flight
  • More tasks upon assignment


Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Must be able to perform 2-6 one-hour flights per day between destinations like Cabo San Lucas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orange County, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Scottsdale, and additional routes as the company expands
  • Must be able to comfortably maneuver within our aircraft cabin
  • Amenable to participating in various local and national advertising campaigns, including network and cable television, print articles and advertisements, social media posts and advertisements, and other various media
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and circumstances quickly and efficiently with grace and tact

We are seeking professional and conscientious individuals to join our Ground Operations team. Our Ground Operations Staff attend to baggage, valet parking, transportation, boarding, and deplaning our members for each flight, as well as maintaining the terminal space to Set Jet specifications. An ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is comfortable interfacing with both members and airport staff, and can communicate efficiently both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and valet cars
  • Tag and transport member luggage to and from the aircraft
  • Ensure terminal space is prepared to Set Jet specifications prior to each flight
  • Ensure terminal space is clean and maintained to Set Jet specifications prior to each flight
  • Assist flight crew and Cabin Hosts with re-stocking the aircraft prior to each flight
  • More tasks upon assignment


Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required
  • Must be able to comfortably maneuver luggage and other heavy items with gentle and coordinated effort
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and circumstances quickly and efficiently with grace and tact

Bombardier CRJ/Challenger 850 Pilot – Las Vegas and Scottsdale

Our operator, Maine Aviation Aircraft Charter, LLC, a division of MAC Air Group, has immediate openings for Challenger 850 Captains and First Officers. For over 60 years, Maine Aviation has provided aviation services to the general and corporate aviation communities.

Experience:

  • 2,000 hours total time
  • 500 hours multi-engine

Qualifications:

  • FAA ATP
  • First Class Medical
  • Unrestricted Passport
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit

Other Requirements:

  • No history of accidents and/or incidents
  • No violations or FAA administrative action
  • Recent 135 or 91 experience preferred
  • Prior jet PIC experience required
  • Live within 1 hour of an airline serviced airport
  • Preference given to those with a CL65/CL-600-2B19 Type Rating
