Set Jet Ground Operations Staff

Job Summary

The Ground Operations Staff attends to baggage, valet parking / transportation and boarding of Members. The Ground Operations Staff is also responsible for various administrative duties as follows:

  • Greet Members and valet cars
  • Tag and organize Member luggage
  • Transport Members to and from the aircraft
  • Assist Cabin Hostesses with re-stock
  • Clean and organize Member lounge, golf carts, etc.
  • Other duties may be assigned, as needed

Experience/Education Required

  • High school diploma required
  • Executive level service skills from hospitality or food service business
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • An unwavering team and service oriented demeanor
  • Willingness and ability to take direction, open to growth
  • Able to adjust to changing schedules and circumstances quickly, gracefully and efficiently
  • Must be 21 or older and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass required credit check and a 10-year criminal background check
  • No Cigarette Smoking
