Member Services Representatives handle all aspects of enrollment, customer service, booking and retention of Members.

College degree preferred; high school diploma required
Executive level service skills from hospitality or food service business
Strong organizational and communication skills
An unwavering team and service oriented demeanor
Willingness and ability to take direction, open to growth
Able to adjust to changing schedules and circumstances quickly, gracefully and efficiently
Must be 21 or older and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass required credit check and a 10-year criminal background check
